Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm orders once payment is received.
• Prices are listed on the site and may change at any time before an order is placed.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By ordering, you agree to Stripe's terms as well.

Pickup & Delivery

We offer pickup and local delivery within our service area. Delivery fees and available dates/times are shown at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and address details so we can reach you.

Food Allergies & Safety

Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that also handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens or cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please order at your own discretion and contact us with questions first.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our items are freshly made to order and perishable, cancellations must be requested as early as possible. If something goes wrong with your order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to make it right. Refunds or replacements are handled case by case.
