Every cookie that leaves my kitchen is made from scratch. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just real butter, real chocolate, and a whole lot of intention.

What started as weekend baking for friends and family slowly turned into something bigger. Word spread. People started asking for boxes. Then orders started coming in for birthdays, graduations, corporate events.
JaysBakes was never a business plan — it was just what happened when you love something enough and people taste the difference.
